We are able to process payments via Google, Apple Pay and all major Debit and Credit Cards.  You will be offered the choice at the checkout.

Returns and refunds:

In line with our 60 day trial terms you can return you hearing aids for a full refund within 60 days of your date of purchase.  The ‘date of purchase’ is detailed on your Proof of Purchase.  This can be found easily by logging into your account.  Most of the hearing aid accessories and appliances have 14 days money back guarantees.  For more information please visit the ‘Returns’ section.

How do I receive my refund?

In most cases you will receive your refund via your payment method.  If you used Apple Pay it will be processed back to the card you have registered for your Apple Pay payments.  With all Debit and Credit cards you will receive your refund back on to your card.
